Partners & Supporters

FabNewport Works with Companies, Governments, Schools, Communities, Non-Profits, and other Organizations & Individuals to address the universally complex issue of creating a revolutionary educational environment for all. These partnerships allow us continue our mission to provide the premier Community-Based, Maker & STEM, educational programs and labs in the State of Rhode Island. However, our partners contribute more than just money. Their ideas, in-kind support, and most importantly, their volunteer power & enthusiasm are helping to strengthen both our programs and our communities.

Supporters

The Providence Shelter for Colored Children

Founded in 1838, the Providence Shelter is one of Rhode Island’s oldest independent charities. Originally a building where “colored orphans” were housed and cared for, it is now a foundation giving grants to organizations serving black children.
