NEX-The Newport Experience
FabNewport’s summer program, NEX, is the heart of our year-round learning ecosystem. It gives young people the time and space to explore interests, build confidence, and form trusted relationships through hands-on experiences like surfing, biking, cooking, farming, and design. Summer is often a young person’s first entry point to FabNewport and a gateway to continued learning during the school year. By centering joy, belonging, and real-world exploration, our summer program helps learners discover who they are and begin imagining what’s possible for their future.
